Red Wine You Rock

Discover You Rock, an exceptional red wine made from Bobal grapes grown in our own 60 to 80 year old vineyards in Utiel-Requena.

Vineyards:

• Bobal vines 60 to 80 years old in calcareous soils.
• Altitude of 900 meters.
• Continental climate with cold winters and hot summers.

Production:

• Low production vineyards.

Elaboration:

• Manual harvest and selection of clusters in the winery.
• Pre-fermentative cold maceration.
• Maceration for 15 days.
• Aged in French oak barrels for 15 months.
• Aged in bottle for 12 months.

Red Wine You Rock, a complex wine with great aging potential:

• Color: Intense cherry red with violet hues.
• Nose: Intense and expressive, with aromas of ripe black fruits, spices, dried flowers and mineral notes.
• Palate: Powerful and voluptuous, with sweet and velvety tannins and a persistent finish.
