Vineyards:
- Tinta del País vines from 60 to 102 years old in glass.
- Clayey and calcareous soils.
- Continental climate with cold winters and hot summers.
- Altitude of 850 meters.
Production:
- Low production of 3,000 kg/ha.
Elaboration:
- Manual harvest with selection of clusters in the winery.
- Very slow and controlled fermentation at 26ºC.
- Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
Red Wine Special One Ribera is a complex wine with great aging potential:
- Color: Intense cherry red with violet rim and dense tear.
- Nose: Intense and expressive, with aromas of black fruits, spices, dried flowers and mineral notes.
- Palate: Powerful and voluptuous, with sweet and velvety tannins and a persistent finish.
