• Old vineyards of low production in gray slate soil, dry at an altitude of 1000m. Manual harvest and selection table in the winery. Very slow and controlled fermentation at 28º. Longevity around 12 years. Very intense cherry red color. Joyful and powerful aroma of ripe and sweet fruits, sweet and pleasant tannins, good tear, with a soft, long and well-structured finish.

Caram

• 70 year old goblet-pruned vineyards in both varieties.separate vinification and blending after barrel aging.great pigmentation capacity, intense nose and very balanced texture with gentle tannins where the wood is very well blended.great longevity power.

• Controlled fermentation at 25º, with a part of the carignan fermented with stems. 11 months aging in French oak barrels. Longevity around 12 years. Lively, powerful and elegant aroma of ripe fruits. Pleasant and well blended tannins. Good tear. Smooth and long finish of sensations.
