• 25 year old low production trellised vineyards. 100% boulder-grown Verdejo on lees. Vinification by bleeding and controlled fermentation. Pure Verdejo with great organoleptic balance, oily and structured palate with an acidity that helps to keep it very lively.

Special One godello

• Own vineyards over 20 years old on steep slopes. Harvest by hand, maceration at around 5º. Selection, crushing and maceration of the grapes before pneumatic pressing. Minimum 5 months on fine lees. Stabilization in stainless steel tank. Citrus and mineral aromas of white flowers but also water fruits and aromatic herbs. Very powerful on the palate, sweet, long and intense finish.

Tiki Taka

• Low-production vineyards on dry, gray slate soils at an altitude of 800 meters. Manual harvest and table selection upon arrival at the winery. Very slow and controlled fermentation. Floral but also fruity aroma with light sensations of white fruits (pear, apple) and hints of citrus and pleasant white chocolate. Fresh, dense and well-balanced in the palate.
