Red Wine Fragment, an exceptional red wine born from the union of Grenache and Carignan, two native varieties of the Mediterranean.
Vineyards:
- Vines over 65 years old in glass.
- Stony and clayey soils.
- Warm and dry Mediterranean climate.
Elaboration:
- Controlled fermentation at 25ºC.
- Part of the Cariñena fermented with stems.
- Aged in French oak for 11 months.
Red Wine Fragment, a complex wine with great aging potential:
- Color: Intense cherry red with garnet rim.
- Nose: Intense and expressive, with aromas of ripe fruits, spices, dried flowers and mineral notes.
