The 100% Iberian Bellota Ham Shoulder D.O.P. Jabugo Summum Lazo has the same origin as the Jabugo Denomination of Origin hams. It is cured for approximately 2 years in our wood dryer, which acts as a natural regulator of humidity and temperature, and comes from 100% Iberian pigs (purebred) raised extensively, fattened during the months of montanera on acorns and pastures of the dehesa, the traceability throughout the production process is controlled twice; by external certifier and by the technicians of the designation of origin.
